Check-in

Check-in is available any time after 3:00 PM. Detailed self-check-in instructions will be emailed to you the day prior to your arrival.

Check-Out

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

Guest Access

Our cabins are for registered guests only. Registered guests have access to two fenced acres, shared by three cabins. You’re welcome to explore this park-like area, enjoy the views of livestock grazing and a spring-fed pond, but do not open/enter any gated areas.

Quiet Time

At Vista Verde Farm Retreat, all hours are quiet hours. Please speak softly and avoid playing music outside. If you bring kids along, please make sure they’re quiet and respectful to other guests. No parties or events allowed.

Firewood

We provide firewood for purchase. Take what you need and we'll send you the tab ($9/bundle), or use our self-serve link to add it to your stay. 

Dog Policy

We are delighted to welcome dogs in Cabin 1 for a fee of $20 per night, with a limit of one dog per cabin. To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide a dog bed, food and water bowls, and waste bags. We kindly ask that your dog stays on a leash at all times while on the property and that you clean up after them. Additionally, dogs should not be left unattended in the cabin or on the grounds, and we ask that they remain off the furniture to help us continue offering a pet-friendly option for everyone’s enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable service charge ($25 per cabin and $10 for RV’s). This charge will be deducted from any refund issued. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the total booking charges, minus the service charge. Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total booking charges, minus the service charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival and early departures are not eligible for a refund.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in your cabin. Guests who do so will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $500.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional charges for damages, replacement of items, or cleaning beyond normal expectation may apply. Extra cleaning beyond normal expectations will be billed at $25 per hour.
